A site that takes bookings can't be left to drift.
Kingsbridge Training Academy, part of the Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, runs accredited courses from its Belfast training centre on Boucher Road: healthcare and medical CPD, non-surgical aesthetics for registered practitioners, dental, health and safety, first aid and resuscitation, and preparation for medical, dental and nursing applications.
The website was built by another agency on WordPress. It is not a brochure. Every course, date and price on it comes from Arlo, a training management platform, and delegates book and pay through Arlo's checkout. When the site breaks, bookings stop.
When Two Clouds took over in June 2026, the job was to make sure that doesn't happen:
- A site we hadn't built - before changing anything, we needed to know exactly what was installed, what it did and what state it was in
- A plugin stack that has to keep pace - WordPress core, the theme, the Arlo integration, Gravity Forms with reCAPTCHA, Cookiebot consent and Yoast SEO all need regular, careful updates
- A booking flow that can't fail quietly - the Arlo integration is what turns a visitor into a delegate, so every update has to leave it working
- Content that changes all the time - new courses, packages, events and news need someone who can edit the site without breaking it

Two Clouds started with a full audit of the site, then brought WordPress core and the plugins up to date with security updates applied. Since then we have handled the site's updates, security, content edits and the Arlo integration under an ongoing WordPress support and maintenance arrangement.
