Do you support WordPress sites you did not build?
Yes - most of the sites we take on were built by someone else. We start with a full audit covering the plugin inventory, PHP and core versions, custom code, security posture, and backups, then clear any outstanding issues before the ongoing retainer begins. Inherited and undocumented code is normal and we are used to making it supportable.
What size of WordPress site is this service for?
It is built for business-critical WordPress - large product catalogues, WooCommerce and checkout flows, course or appointment booking systems, multi-location or multisite installations, and sites with custom plugin code or integrations into other business systems. For a small brochure site with no transactional functionality, a lower-cost maintenance service will usually be a better fit.
Do you have to host the site to support it?
No. We can support a WordPress site on your existing hosting, provided we have the access we need and there is a viable staging environment. Many clients do move to our managed cloud hosting because it puts hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and support with one team - but it is not a condition of the retainer.
Can you handle WooCommerce and booking system support?
Yes. We support transactional WordPress including WooCommerce stores, payment provider integrations, and third-party course and appointment booking platforms. These are the sites where downtime and broken checkouts have a direct cost, so they get monitoring and testing appropriate to that.
Can you integrate WordPress with our other business systems?
