Two Clouds was founded in 2025 by Daniel Coulter, a senior software engineer whose career has spanned mission-critical work in aviation, law enforcement, financial services, and manufacturing. Several long-running engagements carried over with him from previous agencies - including the eight-year build with Conexus Recovery, the SAP-integrated trade portal for OS Doors, and stewardship of the safety-critical inspection system for Survitec Group - so the company is new but the working relationships are not.
